Pipe Up Poetry Slam

On Friday 15 Feb Stockroom hosted the first ever Poetry Slam in the Macedon ranges.  Organised by Hanna Montagle and Sam Hassel, the evening was a resounding success.

With brilliant words from 16 poets from as far as Mildura and Upway as well as guest performances by renound poets, Michelle Dabrowski, Jacky T and Charlotte Roberts the night absolutely blew everyone away.  

The winners for the night were; "Young blood" Carrie Hagan, and "Old Dog" Bernie Monagle.  

Keep an eye out as it will all be happening again in around three months.  Don't miss the next one.  The Stockroom team are now Slam converts.
